· Our ISPM 15 (ispm15,spm15) furnaces have a quality certificate of TSE for the first time in Turkey.

· Our prices are turnkey prices and are included in the boiler, furnace chamber, and ventilation, humidification and automation prices.

· The automation system is special to our firm and all the proceedings are under the control of computers.

· Our meters have an approval of "Turkish Accreditation Institute (TURKAK)".

· On request, our firm furnishes project works and consulting services regarding KOBI credit, leasing procurement for free of charge.

· Solid fuel and chips, coal, olive-pomace oil) and natural gas can be used optionally. Also, you can further reduce the operation cost by using any kinds of scraps and wooden parts extracting fro your plant.

· By means of our patented system, the operation cost is quite low (It can be applied a heat treatment on the timber of 50 m³with lignite coal of 35 kg).

Question: Why dont you use a steam boiler in your systems?

Answer: The boilers that we use are hot air heated and very practical for use. The steam that is needed by our system is obtained by means of our patented system. Our boilers are very safe. Click for details.

Question: Do your meters have a calibration certificate? How can I be sure that they measure correctly?

Answer: All devices used in our system are authorized by Turkish Accreditation Institute (TURKAK), of which the calibration has been done and awarded with a certificate. When our system is delivered to you, you will be given a certificate and your meters will be calibrated every year.

Question: What do you use as fuel?

Answer: We use solid fuel in our boilers. Any kinds of chips and wooden parts can be used in the manufacturing.

Question: How long does a heat treatment take approximately?

Answer: A heat treatment takes 2.5-3 hours in average under normal conditions.

Question: Is it possible to heat our plant with the boiler that belongs to the furnace for heat treatment?
